Who we are
Respona provides an on-premises survey and forms platform that organizations deploy in their own environments. Built as part of the Respona ecosystem, the product helps you create human-centered, step-by-step forms and surveys, collect responses, and analyze results.

What the platform is
Respona is a forms and survey platform designed for modern teams. Typical capabilities include:
- a single-question, conversational form experience;
- question types such as text, multiple choice, checkboxes, and dropdowns;
- tools to build, share, and collect form responses;
- real-time statistics and reporting;
- optional integration and authentication options; and
- configurable data retention for audit and compliance needs.
The product is designed to deliver a consistent, measurable experience from form creation through response collection.
How we deliver the product
Respona is designed for self-hosted / on-premises deployment. Customers receive:
- an offline distribution package for installation in their own environment;
- a fixed-term license for the selected duration and capacity — not a perpetual license; by default it does not auto-renew.
Example: you pay once up front for the selected term; the license does not auto-renew; continuing after expiry requires purchasing a new license.
Form responses, survey results, and operational records stay in your environment. You can run your deployment without a mandatory cloud management service.
Website and Account Services
In addition to the licensed software, we operate Account Services on the site so customers can:
- create and manage accounts;
- purchase or manage licenses;
- download release packages;
- contact us for support and demo requests.
Online payments, when configured, are processed through third-party payment providers.

Respona is built for professional teams that need surveys, feedback, and data collection — including corporate communications, human resources, research, education, and operations teams.
